DUBAI

MALASIYA

•  Original Passport and Copy of its first page.
•  Copy of CNIC/ B Form.
•  At least 3 months latest Attested Bank Statement with closing minimum balance of Rs. 100,000 or Travelers Cheques of
    Rs. 100,000.( Bank Statement must be signed & stamped)
•  1 Visa Application Form back to back printed (Dully filled-in & signed with by Applicant).
•  2 latest passport size photographs - Dark Blue Background only.
•  Request Letter on company letter head or any other.
•  Copy of NTN and Chamber Of Commerce Certificate required (If Business man).

Single Entry visa is valid for 3 Months and stay is 1 month.
Standard Processing Time min 15 Working Days

THAILAND

•  Three (3) Visa forms dully filled and originally signed
•  Original passport (at least 06 month valid from the date of traveling)
•  Three (3) recent pictures
•  One ID Card copy and one Passport copy
•  Visa request letter
•  Last 6 months bank statement (Stamped & Signed)
•  Return Air Ticket
•  Details on visa form and supporting documents provided must be genuine

Important Note: In case of any forge documents or details provided, Embassy has the right to reject the visa and blacklist the Passport. So, kindly make sure that every document and details are genuine before visa submission. In case of Visa rejection all visa fee and service charges will be non- refundable.
